Architecture Posters

by Janny Ji

This project is a series of 12-daily architecture posters which were created within an articulated formal and conceptual framework. The prescribed constraints that I set for myself include a fixed dimension and a black-and-white color combination as the formula to interpret each architects’ structures. Typography was used as the template to capture both the architects’ names and their compositional styles. The conceptual limitations require that all posters include keywords from each architect’s philosophy and critics’ comments.
