Gallon serves to inspire long lasting change through impermanent and interactive galleries. We articulate art through experience, which is why it’s pronounced “ga-loan,” with an accent on the “oh!” The challenge was to create a visual identity and tone of voice that would function primarily online. In a digital world where most of our experiences are short-lived, we hope to explore the parallels between the transient images on a screen and our perpetual human existence.
