An animated history of typeface Jenson

by Zoe Shuyang Liang

I was assigned the typeface Jenson to design a motion graphics clip illustrating one aspect of its development process. After researching the social, religious and art movements around Jenson’s period of creation (14th century), I focused on delineating how Jensen was created to resemble Humanism, a philosophical and ethical stance originated from social, religious and art movements.
