BYTHREE 2022 NEW YEAR BOOK

The creative studio BYTHREE created a New Year's card for 2022 to send to clients and partners. This New Year's card is not a card, but a book. It was created based on the concept that “we hope people enjoy reading books during the new year holidays when they spend more time at home”.

The contents of the book are the original text of the famous Japanese novel "Sangetsuki" and fanfic (novels, manga, stickers) based on the novel. "Sangetsuki" is a short story in the public domain, featuring a tiger. Since the Chinese zodiac sign for 2022 is "tiger," we thought it would be a perfect choice. The cover and text were printed on various types of paper and bound by hand.

【Effects/Results】
The response from customers and partner companies was very positive. One fashion designer uploaded a photo of the work on her Facebook page, saying, "It gave me the motivation to create”. We received an offer for an interview from a design magazine, and this work was featured as an editor's picks. A client who had not done business with us for a while contacted us, leading to a new work.
