As huge fans of Cobs popcorn we could not have been happier that they chose us to design and develop their new website. Cobs’s goal was to fuse health-focused messaging and full ingredient transparency with clean, modern and vibrant design, plus user-friendly functionality.
The homepage banner animation was carefully created to reflect their national identity. The interactive popcorn kernels on the banner make for an engaging experience for the users. As users scroll past the home page page content, the popcorn kernels pop up that keep the peppy and fun loving identity of the brand intact.
UX design principles guided the overall site architecture, and from there we’ve expanded the amount of product and ingredient information to meet the client’s goals of full transparency. We also added a clever dietary filter so anyone with dietary restrictions can discover, super quickly, the Cobs products that are right for them. Above all else, these little touches all combine to help Cobs demonstrate their care for quality and their customers and resonate well with their national identity.
