Moosh is a website and team building box that works hand in hand for managers to quickly and easily set up team bonding events where members build personal connections, cultivating a stronger, more unified team dynamic.

The Harvard Business Review states that 25-30% of the workforce will be working-from-home multiple days a week by the end of 2021. Given the change in work culture and lifestyle, key pain points employees face are the lacking sense of belonging within their teams. Being in a remote work environment, in person interactions such as small talk, 1:1 conversations, coffee hangouts and much more, is difficult and burdensome to many. To address this, it is key that engagement beyond the virtual work environment is crucial.
This is why the key users we targeted are Leaders/Team Builders as they hold the most influence to foster the sense of belonging in the workplace. Key barriers they face with team bonding activities are the following: Team bonding activities are difficult to choose, create and connect. All these barriers are addressed in Moosh.

Moosh makes activities easy to choose through detailed filtering as well as a voting system that can be used by the whole team. Moosh allows creating events just a tap away with automatic scheduling and invitation systems. Finally moosh is able to bring the team together through a meaningful notification system as well as a physical box bringing home the sense of value and belonging. These key features of Moosh will ultimately allow the Managers to make their employees to be heard, connected, and unified.
