Fuze: Office Communication

by Savannah College of Art and Design

Fuze is an office wide system the aids in solving the problem of interdepartmental communication present in larger office settings. It
consists of four main components that make up the service; the Fuze Talk app, the Fuze Assistant, the Fuze Hub, and the Fuze Persistent
Desktop platform. The main goal of the system is to help people work together and create a better office.

The Fuze Talk app is the main platform for communication between departments of a company. Features like the co-worker availability
function, departmental organization of contacts, flexible file sharing and voting, priority messages, and AI integrated into the conversation
help create a solution that fosters efficient and effective communication in even the largest of companies.

The Fuze Hub is a mighty little device that helps communicate conference room bookings, enables in-person conversation tracking,
serves as a quick and simple clock in to the office, and is a touchpoint between the employee and the Fuze Assistant off of the Fuze
Assistant app. It is represented in two devices; Black symbolizes permanently fixed devices while white symbolizes mobile units that can
be carried with individuals or placed between groups to track a conversation.

The Persistent Desktop is a feature of the system that allows employees to carry their current workspace between computers. This helps
when planning meetings or showing off different deliverables to other employees or possibly clients. The employee no longer has to set up
their workspace every time they log in.

Lastly, the Assistant is the core to this whole system. It is present in all of the three previous components and helps syncs relevant data
between them.
