Atrium - Concept Work

by Shillington Education

Shillington College Original Brief: Design a brand identity for a company based in East London allowing everyone to have their own tiny ecosystem in the concrete jungle. It will encourage urban gardening and a sense of community.

Shillington College Portfolio-Week Rework Brief: Design a brand identity package for a competitor of the cult favourite 'The Grounds of Alexandria' in Sydney, Australia. It will be a metro-urban nursery and restaurant space.

Solution: This project utilised Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Sketch App to complete a logo, logomark, website, social presence, and print collateral. Atrium is an experiential identity based in inner city Sydney that transforms from a daytime boutique nursery to a trendy restaurant by night. They want to rival the cult following of The Grounds of Alexandria and they want to hire out the space for functions. The design is inspired by conservatories, millennial plant parenthood, countryside holidays away from the city and soft light photography. The main vision was to make Atrium into an ‘instagramable’ inner city green sanctuary-come-foodie experience.
