FISHER is an online fish bidding platform that protects the rights and benefits of fisherfolks and consumers. The online bidding platform increases sales channels for fishery catch during the off-season and post-pandemic period and establishes direct contact between fisherfolks and buyers, providing fisherfolks stable sales channels and opportunities to create their own brands.
Through transparent online transaction data, FISHER gives fisherfolks an accurate grasp of the volume and value of fish transactions, reducing extortion and exploitation imposed on fisherfolks by bidding salespeople. FISHER also provides a sales section for fish farming and bulk fishery catch and uses big data analysis to inform fisherfolks of market supply and demand data and the seasonal demand for fish farming, and therefore reduces the problem of excess fish production, slow sales, and low sales prices. In addition, FISHER consolidates all kinds of catch histories to increase consumers' trust in buying fish online.
