ReHelper is an air conditioning maintenance management system that connects multiple maintenance technicians to conduct online maintenance discussions. It can assist office buildings, school classrooms, rental suites and guest rooms, manage and repair multiple smart air conditioners, and provide remote control, so that managers can easily grasp the air conditioning status of each area.
When the air conditioner fails and needs maintenance, the smart appliance will remind the manager through ReHelper, and give it to the real-time online meeting, connecting with maintenance-related technicians such as air-conditioning technicians, fire technicians, and water and electricity technicians; managers can provide water, electricity and indoor configuration through ReHelper Figure, allowing the maintenance team to more accurately assess damage problems and maintenance needs.
ReHelper can manage and track on-site maintenance personnel to reduce the spread of germs through maintenance personnel and air-conditioning systems; it can also broadcast live during maintenance to provide on-site collaboration and supervision.
