Arab News launched in French.
Differences between the francophile and Arab worlds are obvious but through those differences we found some strong similarities.
- We created a promotional video using line animation highlighting objects, monuments, buildings and celebrities, showing the similarity between both cultures.
- We remixed an Edith Piaf song, La Foule, with an Arabic orchestra for a distinct regional sound.
- The video was used across TV networks such as Euronews and CNN and also part of the launch webinar event.
- The logo and music were projected on to the Burj Khalifa.
