I Say Yatta is a Brunei-based Japanese-inspired street food eatery that serves fresh, fast and affordable food that can commonly be found in Japan. The eatery has undergone a rebranding exercise as it will be expanding to regional markets.
I Say Yatta is filled with fun and excitement, inspired by Dotonbori in Osaka. Dotonbori is also known as the kitchen of Japan. The design reflects these attributes with the addition of characters with unique personalities and bright colours. These design elements take inspiration from manga (comics), with the black and white hand drawn art style and sound effects in the background.
This concept is applied across all the brand touchpoints - from food packaging to social media posts, merchandise and interior design. Stepping into I Say Yatta transports you to a fun-filled world of good food and silly humour.
