Sleep pattern book

It is a archiving book of sleeping patterns. It is linked to four books and divided into nap and night nap. 15-30m was a nap to visualize the pattern of sleeping during the day.
Night sleep was divided into 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours based on the average life time of 8 hours in humans.The size of a growing book is proportional to time. The book is composed of four test subjects with different gender and physical condition, and the book can observe different sleeping patterns.
