Polyshell

by Eli Clein

Polyshell is an app that enables parental instruction of safe online practices through gamified preparatory experiences as well as building mutual trust among the family. Current methods of digital parental control lack meaning and depth. Parents are largely unaware of what their children do online, and the parental control methods available to them. Since that, Polyshell provides children a gamified pre-exposure to online environments and encourages communication with their parents about online safety. On the other hand, it helps keep parents informed about online safety and provides an enjoyable way for parents to build a relationship with their children about online browsing.
