Sensorium1 is an experiential wellness project that aims to make people present through sensory experience. Sensorium1 is a portable physical pod installed within spaces where there is guided meditation and visual biofeedback, it is a one person experience. Sensorium1 tracks tracks heart variability data which indicates the audience’s heart data as well as their emotional states. This experience is divided into two phases. In Phase 1, the audience is guided through a 2-minute body scan meditation. In Phase 2 they can see their pulse as flashing LED lights and their emotional states through the different colours. Red meaning excitement or stress and blue meaning calm. The room literally becomes the extension and the reflection of the audience.
