Entom is a collection of rings that invite people to think about the everyday objects around them with questions in their mind. The acrylic rings are cut from a sheet of acrylic with a laser-cut technique. Then the left-behind acrylic sheet now hosts the silver and bronze cast ring. Two layers of rectangular acrylic sandwich the model with the metal ring. Finally, with rivet materials that correspond with the material of the rings to create the fun close and open mechanism for the package. The rings originally come from a part of the package and now the package is hosting its part. Together the ring is also part of the package and the package is part of the object.
