KUNST M is founded to provide spaces for media artists and audiences in Germany, China, and South Korea.

In 2019, media artists found themselves in the middle of a transition between the third and fourth industrial revolutions. They are studying and building new theories, concepts, and phenomenoms to show cross-sections of the new revolution. However, there are limited spaces to introduce and present their new theories to their audience, which results in a lack of connections between people and the artists. To combat this challenge, KUNST M provided space for both audiences and artists to come together and strengthen that connection.

Since KUNST M is a moving hub for media artists and the audience, it was essential to establish a brand identity that evoked connections and a moving sensation. Their theory is inspired by shipping containers, which allows an individual to send any thing and every thing domestically and internationally -- also illustrating the way we connect as a society despite location. Thus, a shipping container was incorporated in the brand identity as it best represented KUNST M's core value and mission.
