This integrated graphic design campaign repositions the office building at 1180 Avenue of the Americas as a modern Class A office space in New York City. With loads of terraces and sleek new spaces for collaboration, the building brand is all about fresh, clean lines with occasional bursts of bright, unexpected color to reflect that genuine urban experience. The identity was inspired from the architectural structure of the roof decks that 1180 will be providing its tenants on multiple floors, a symbol of the upgrades and type of inviting spaces offered here. The identity's bold green accents are carried through in the Website, Interactive PDF, and E-Blasts. Additionally, the marketing center and supporting graphics feature bright, bold colors that are a nod to the building’s new look and feel. The marketing materials for 1180 Avenue of the Americas are designed cohesively across multiple platforms (print, interactive, digital, experience) to position the building as the unique offering that it is. Genuine New York: bold, modern, and reimagined for creative thinkers.
