This project was based on the song Love/Paranoia by Tame Impala, a song about a relationship that loses both the passion and trust between its partners. The lyrics speak about the man’s anxiety and insecurities that are a result of a pattern of distrust and paranoia. These frames are an illustrative visual representation of his thoughts, feelings, and memories associated with the relationship - which places an emphasis on hand-drawn type to express emotions of solitude, longing, and reflection.
